Lutra sells hunting and fishing equipment to stores nationwide, and it was therefore important to attend to these stores’ interests in its choice of a solution.
When the customer wants to order a product, he is asked to choose a store. In this way, Lutra can channel the sale to the store nearest the customer, or to a shop the customer uses. At the same time, the customer gets the opportunity to inform himself before he buys, with a chance to study the product and price beforehand on the internet.
The sale takes place through Økonomibistand AS, one of ViaNett’s partners. ViaNett chief Lars Helland states that cooperative agreements with partners is the key to how widely successful the company’s products can become.
