With ViaNett E-commerce, Hydro Fritzöe chose a flexible system that handles automatic transfers of, for example, goods, prices, customers and ordering to and from Visma, and that is formated for the work methods of the future.

Generating dynamic prices
The need was clear: one needed a system where company employees could generate prices for a customer's specific needs quickly and easily.  This was all to be presented to the customer in a delicate package within Hydro's profile program.  The system can also handle ordering routines from this price.  All of the products are already in Visma with Hydro Fritzöe, so an integration with Visma was obvious if the project was to be accomplished. Since ViaNett E-commerce was already integrated with Visma, a high price could easily be avoided for the customer.

User-friendliness
The challenge lay in creating an extra module that could generate a price from a given selection in the e-commerce system, something that was created with a user-friendly and intuitive interface.  The result was a system that is so easy and user-friendly that it will actually be used!

ViaNett E-commerce is a self-developed product from ViaNett.  The solution is based on database technology, something that makes it possible to operate with an unlimited number of goods, prices and orders.  The program can communicate with databases with, for example, Visma Business, Visma Global, Visma micro80 and Uni Micro.  In addition, it can import and export data to older economic systems, like MultiSoft and micro80.
