Integration with Visma and other financial systems

ViaNett has developed a powerful, user-friendly interface between ViaNett E-commerce and many financial systems.Visma Business and Ajour Office are two straightforward and popular examples, and a MultiSoft solution requires only editing of formulas and import routine. Following is a quick overview of this solution.

Integration with Visma Business

ViaNett E-commerce
ViaNett E-commerce is a product which has been entirely developed and put into operation by ViaNett AS. It is extremely user-friendly, and you can log in simply with a web-based administration tool to build up a category structure and to enter data. (See demo.)

The system is parameter-driven.This allows us to set up new systems quickly and maintain them effectively, thus keeping users’ costs down.

Integration
It’s easy to set up an integration with Visma Business. All you need to do is set up the export window in Visma, and install a small program that takes it out of communication with E-commerce’s database.

To transfer products to ViaNett E-commerce, simply open a window in Visma called “Export to E-commerce”, and click on the Print icon.The products are automatically transferred to E-commerce. In approximately one minute, you will receive confirmation via email that your transfer was successful

In Visma it’s easy to choose which aktører, product categories, and products you want to send.You can export a category structure with an unlimited number of levels.

Your online store can be password-protected. A user name and password is entered for each of the chosen aktørene in Visma . If you wish, you can use prismatrisen to direct which products and prices will be viewed especially by the aktører. Prices can be shown in your own currency or, if you wish, prices can also be calculated in accordance with the currency tables in Visma.

Orders come in automatically in Visma.You can choose for yourself how often you’d like it to check for new ones. You will receive a copy of the order confirmations by email. In addition, the orders will come up in the web-based administration tool.

Once you have integrated with Visma, you have continuing freedom to log into the administration system for E-commerce on our webserver, to do special adjustments. Directly over the internet, you can create a profile of pages with input text and pictures at the top of each page. Or, if you wish to input pictures of your own products, we already have technical support in place that allows you to do so easily. And if you want to change the welcome text or color, but keep the graphic profile you have today, that is also simple to do.
